CASAUR Virtual is an online support channel that allows personalized assistance from a virtual agent through video conferencing and chat. In its initial version, CASAUR Virtual enables users to engage with an agent via mobile devices for guidance and management of academic support services, financial advice, among others, to register requests for student ID cards, payment records for UR credits and scholarships, and to schedule appointments for in-person assistance regarding the services offered by the Central CASAUR headquarters.

Additionally, CASAUR Virtual features a module that provides descriptions of each University of Rosario campus, georeferenced based on location, offering users the opportunity to estimate travel times to each site and providing a handy guide with schedules, addresses, and services.

This initiative is student-led, with students playing key roles in creating new ways to positively impact and collaborate towards a common goal.
